Project Organisation.

The Lead Partner, supported by the project and financial management, represents the link between the project and the programme.

General project control is handled by the Project Steering Committee (PSC), consisting of project partners' legal representatives/subsidies. The PSC is responsible for all strategic decisions. It also approves the progress reports and payment claims. It is informed about project status and budget monitoring details by the Project and Financial Manager.

The Core Working Group (CWG) is a basic consortium for transnational co-operation and achievement of outputs and results. Members include also project partners' experts. Most of interdisciplinary and common work on project tasks is done within this group. The CWG is the interdisciplinary superstructure of the project, therefore it is divided in 4 Thematic Working Groups (TWG), running on specialized thematic levels.

Each TWG covers special thematic fields, in correlation to work packages (WP) and is represented in the CWG by the WP responsible partner:

  • TWG3: State-of-the-art analysis and methodology
  • TWG4: Development of SEES-CSA (Continuous Situation Awareness)-Prototype
  • TWG5: Implementation for practical validation and adaptation
  • TWG6: Evaluation and recommendation
